process has helped the organization to sustain its organic

hired. The process has been successfully used and continuously
improved upon. The entry level recruitments process
includes screening of resumes, computer aptitude test,
intelligence test, technical test, technical interviews
followed by HR/Personnel Interview. The experienced
candidates’ recruitment process includes screening
of resumes, technical test, technical interview, managers
interview and HR/personnel interview.
Our recruitment process has been designed to ensure
that all new hires have certain basic qualities. Qualities
that we looks for in the entry level hires are Logical
thinking capabilities, aptitude, complex problem solving
capabilities, technical skills, communication skills
and cultural fit. qualities that we look for in the
lateral hires are leadership and people management skills,
Technical and team building skills, efficient client
interaction, effective communication skills, managerial
and delivery capabilities and Cultural fit.
Training

Training is an on-going affair at Baysquare and various
training initiatives are undertaken by external and
